Download the DMG, open it, and drag Codex Skin Lab to Applications.

Open Codex Skin Lab from Applications.

If macOS blocks it, open System Settings, go to Privacy & Security, confirm the blocked app is Codex Skin Lab, and choose Open Anyway. Do not turn off Gatekeeper.

Download the EXE from this page and open it.

If Microsoft Defender SmartScreen appears, choose More info, check that the app name is Codex Skin Lab, then choose Run anyway.

Keep SmartScreen and Microsoft Defender enabled. Do not change a system-wide security setting.
